Nyloboard is a manufacturer of composite decking boards, exterior trim, soffit, fascia, sheets and sheathing. Our building products contain no wood, PVC or urea formaldehyde. Instead, our exclusive, patented manufacturing technology uses 100 percent recycled carpet fiber and VOC free bonding resin.
Nyloboard’s superior performance was proven in one of nature’s harshest environments—salt water. Nyloboard composite products have been used by the marine industry for more than seven years for a variety of applications, including transoms, hulls, floors, bulkheads and consoles by the leading boat manufacturers in the United States and Canada.
One of Nyloboard’s key goals is to help stop the waste stream of carpet fiber that currently contributes billions of pounds of non-reclaimable waste to landfills each year. Nyloboard also takes pride in manufacturing green building products that are not only sustainable, but also impervious to moisture, mildew, mold, rot and termites.
Nyloboard’s manufacturing facility is located in Covington, Georgia, just outside of Atlanta.
