Installation
NyloDeck has the richness of real wood. And it installs like a builder’s dream. Unlike conventional composite materials, NyloDeck is lightweight. So, it’s easy to carry and put in place. Plus, NyloDeck can be used on 24” spans, saving you time and material costs.
- NyloDeck can be installed with most traditional fastening systems.
- Trim head screws, bugle head screws, nails and composite deck screws may also be used.
Recommended spacing:
- Gap boards a minimum of 1/8” between deck boards (side to side)
- 1/16" gap end to end
Optional edge-grooved board
As an option, NyloDeck also comes in an edge-grooved configuration, allowing you to take advantage of a wide range of industry-leading hidden fastener systems.
