LIMITED TWENTY-FIVE (25) YEAR RESIDENTIAL WARRANTY COVERAGE:
Nyloboard, LLC warrants it’s NyloDeck Decking (product) to the original residential purchaser at retail from an authorized NyloDeck distributor or dealer that for a period of twenty-five (25) years from the date of original purchase, under normal residential use and service conditions, each NyloDeck product will be free of any manufacturing defect that would cause the product to crack, split, peel, flake, blister, rot, swell, or delaminate because of moisture or will suffer structural defects from termites or fungal decay. Color variation occurs during the manufacturing process and is considered a design feature which is not covered by this Warranty. This Warranty is not transferable to any other person or entity. This warranty applies to single family residential property uses only.
This Warranty is exclusive and is made in lieu of any other Warranty, either express or implied, to include fitness for a particular purpose. The purchaser is solely responsible for determining the suitability for its intended application, including whether the product conforms to applicable building codes or safety regulations.

LIMITATIONS to 25 Year Residential Warranty
The Warranty does not cover damage or defect attributable to:
(a) improper installation, storage, or handling or neglect, misuse, or abuse;
(b) acts of God;
(c) impact by flying objects or debris;
(d) movement, settlement, or collapse of the ground, foundation, or structure on which the product is installed;
(e) damage resulting from fire or exposure to excessive heat sources such as cooking devices or reflection from windows,
doors, or other surfaces;
(f) environmental conditions such as but not limited to air pollution;
(g) lack of proper cleaning;
(h) painting, coating, or varnishing over the manufacturer’s original finish;
(i) exposure to harmful chemicals or pollutants;
(j) staining from foreign substances such as oil, grease, or dirt;
(k) normal wear and tear and weathering of surfaces;
(l) climate change or any other cause beyond the control of Nyloboard, LLC.

Do not use metal shovels to remove snow from this product or any sharp edge tools. If the surface of the product is damaged this warranty shall be void. If paint, stain, or other coating materials are applied to the product surface, this warranty shall be void.
No agent, employee, entity, or any other party is authorized to make any warranty in addition to or different from that made in this agreement and Nyloboard shall not be bound by any such agreement other than those contained in this warranty. This warranty may not be altered or amended except in a written instrument signed by an authorized Nyloboard officer and Purchaser.

OWNER RESPONSIBILITIES:
NyloDeck does not contain cellulosic material that can support the growth of mold or mildew; however, mold and mildew can develop on surface contaminants. Clean your deck periodically to remove dirt and pollen that can support the growth of mold and mildew.

PURCHASER’S RIGHTS:
This Warranty gives the original residential purchaser certain specific rights. The original residential purchaser may have other rights that may differ from state to state.

HOW TO FILE A CLAIM:
You must send proof of purchase, a photograph of the claimed defective product, and a written description of the failure to Nyloboard, LLC, 14187 Industrial Park Boulevard, Covington, Georgia 30014 within thirty days of discovery of the claimed defect. Manufacturer may replace the product or refund the original price, at its exclusive option. Manufacturer shall not be responsible for freight or labor or for incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Manufacturer may require samples of the claimed defective product to be sent to them at the original residential purchaser’s expense prior to the shipment of any replacement material. Replacement product may vary in color, gloss, or design from the original product. Manufacturer reserves the right to discontinue or modify product’s color, gloss, or design without notice. In the event original type or color of product covered by this Limited Warranty is not available, Manufacturer will substitute a product that, at its exclusive option, is of comparable quality. The original residential purchaser must allow Nyloboard, LLC to enter the property into which the product is installed to inspect for the possibility of nonconforming product.

This Warranty shall only be applicable and enforceable only in The United States of America and Canada. This Warranty is effective only for NyloDeck product purchased after December 31, 2010.

Nyloboard, LLC warrants it’s NyloDeck Decking (product) to the original end user commercial purchaser at retail from an authorized NyloDeck distributor or dealer that for a period of ten (10) years from the date of original purchase, under normal commercial use and service conditions, each NyloDeck product will be free of any manufacturing defect that would cause the product to crack, split, peel, flake, blister, rot, swell, or delaminate because of moisture or will suffer structural defects from termites or fungal decay. Color variation occurs during the manufacturing process and is considered a design feature which is not covered by this Warranty. This Warranty is
not transferable to any other person or entity. This warranty applies to light commercial uses only and does not cover heavy commercial or industrial applications.
